Pedal for the Medal (P4M)

Pedaling a bike would seem like a no-brainer. But how you pedal can make a difference in your efficiency – and improve endurance during longer rides such as P4M.

Think horizontal as you push your pedals, particularly when you need extra strength. Imagine wiping your feet at the bottom of the stroke and then reaching each knee toward the handle bars at the top. Picture perfect circles!
