Rescue Mission Tonight, 5:15pm

Troop 26;

I hope that you all had a great time at the Veterinary Clinic tour last week. I was particularly impressed with the padded room that they use for procedures on horses. Veterinarian seems to be a fairly intense job! Many thanks to Dr. Jennings for making that tour possible.

Scoutings Motto is to Do A Good Turn Daily. The Good Turn we have scheduled for tonight is to serve a meal for the less fortunate at the Great Falls Rescue Mission. We are serving at 5:30pm; please make a point to be at the Rescue Mission promptly by 5:15pm wearing your full Class A uniform. We need all of your help to make this Good Turn happen.

Next week will be our November Patrol Leader’s Council and our annual calendar conference. Please come to that meeting with our family and organizational calendars so that we can schedule a lot of fun Scouting activities for the coming year.

Finally, please remember that we have our November campout scheduled for the weekend of November 8. One of the things that we still need to determine is our schedule and program for that campout. We will discuss part of this tonight.

Yours in Scouting,

Mar. Weissman
