How Can you Communicate without Talking?

Troop 26;

What a fun day at Showdown Montana on Saturday! Thank you to everyone that came and joined us for a day in the Little Belt Mountains!

I hope that you all enjoyed our meeting last Monday on Communications. We will continue that theme at our meeting Troop tonight, February 9 at 7pm at Trinity Lutheran Church. We will be discussing non-verbal communications. How can you communicate without talking? What sort of cues can you give or perceive without words? I am very interested in hearing your thoughts on the subject tonight.

Tonight we will also be finalizing logistics for our day at the Montana Legislature during President’s Day next week. Everyone who is planning on going to Helena for that trip should make a point to be at the meeting tonight. There will be no Troop meeting on February 16 as it is President’s Day.

We will finalize our meeting work on Communications at our Troop meeting on February 23 at 7pm at Trinity Lutheran. Finally for the month, the Troop Lock-in will be over Friday night, February 27. More details on that event will be discussed tonight.

Parents, we will try to have a productive Parent/Committee meeting tonight while the boys are working on Communications. Please make a point of attending our meeting tonight so that you can be part of that conversation.

Yours in Scouting,

Mr. Weissman
